Nurul Aisyah Hassan is a Partner at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill and a member of the firm's Employment and Industrial Relations Practice Group, and is one of the Partners heading the firm's ESG Practice Group. She advises and represents employers, including financial institutions and statutory bodies, in industrial and civil court disputes and on employment matters such as unfair dismissal, breaches of contract, managerial prerogatives, disciplinary misconduct, retrenchment, and transfers following M&A, as well as ESG-related compliance including whistleblower protection and sexual harassment issues.
