He has represented more than 50 multinational companies (mostly Fortune 500s), counseled over 30 M&A and capital markets projects, regularly represents private equity and venture capital funds, and previously served as general counsel at a top 500 Chinese private company supporting more than 15 subsidiaries in Zhejiang, Xinjiang and Canada.
