Partner and member of the firm’s Management Committee at Wanhuida Intellectual Property, he heads the firm’s Investigation & Enforcement Practice Team and oversees the Guangzhou office. A former officer of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (honorably discharged in 1997), he specialises in organising administrative and judicial IP protection, anti‑counterfeiting criminal investigations in South China, trademark portfolio management, WKTM (well-known trademark) recognition and design patent counselling; elected Vice Chairman of the Yiwu Federation for the Protection of Famous Brand in 2010.
