He has drafted and negotiated engineering and construction contracts and concession agreements, assisted in drafting the Malaysian Renewable Energy Act 2011, advised on power projects in Myanmar, Cambodia and Kazakhstan, and previously served as head of the legal unit of the Planning Division at Tenaga Nasional Berhad before joining Zaid Ibrahim & Co in 2011.
