Veronica Chan is a partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency department at Tanner De Witt, advising on bankruptcy, restructuring and cross-border insolvency matters and acting for liquidators, receivers, creditors and directors; she also handles commercial litigation and contentious intellectual property (notably trademark) matters. She joined the firm as a solicitor in 2015 after practising at an international law firm in Hong Kong and serves as Asia Regional Vice Director of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC); she is Mandarin-speaking and regularly works on PRC-related matters.
