She has served as a full-time member of the 13th, 14th and 15th Term of the Public Offering Review Committee of the CSRC and as a member of the Listing Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and has advised on numerous domestic and overseas IPOs, M&A and reorganizations, refinancing and bond issuances.
