Joon Liang Foo is a partner and co‑founder of Gan Partnership in Malaysia, called to the Malaysian Bar in 2000, with over 20 years' dispute resolution experience across arbitration, litigation and adjudication. He is a Fellow of CIArb, SIArb and HKIArb, Immediate Past Chairman of the Malaysian Branch of CIArb, and sits on panels of the AIAC, the Hainan International Arbitration Court and SIDREC.
