Diep Hoang is a Partner and founding partner at Dilinh Legal in Vietnam, focusing on corporate / M&A, employment and dispute resolution, and advising foreign investors on market entry, foreign investment approvals, joint ventures and company establishment. She advised HSBC on the establishment of Vietnam's first wholly foreign-owned bank, acted for Formosa Steel in the 2016 marine pollution incident, has been recognised by Legal 500 (2018–2020) and was ranked by Asia Law Profiles among Vietnam’s Top 100 Lawyers in 2020, and serves as Vice-Chair of the Women Business Lawyer Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
