Advising Healthscope Operations Limited on its Gold Coast Private Hospital Collocation Agreement with Queensland Health, as well as a ground lease, a car park agreement for sublease and construction documentation for the design and construction of the Gold Coast Private Hospital. Advising Healthscope Operations Limited on an Agreement for Lease with Holmesglen TAFE in Victoria, under which Healthscope constructed a private hospital with nursing teaching facilities on the Holmesglen TAFE Campus. John also advised on an Education Agreement with Holmesglen TAFE. Advising CBUS Property on its Project Deed with Victoria Police, which was effectively an agreement for lease, under which CBUS Property agreed to design, construct and lease a commercial building to be Victoria Police’s headquarters. Advising CBUS Property on the Design and Construct Contract for 1 William Street, Brisbane, the offices for the Queensland Government Advising Powercor Pty Limited on a Funding Agreement with the Victorian Government, Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning in relation to a neighbourhood battery project. Also assisted with negotiating the BESS Licence Agreement between Powercor and Simply Energy.
