Manuela von Kuegelgen is a specialist in real estate transactions and administrative law, town and country planning law, and environmental law. She assists Belgian and international clients in structuring complex real estate transactions, real estate development and related litigation. Manuela von Kuegelgen has drafted a complete recast of the Housing Code for the Bruxelles-Capitale Region (Brussels). The legislative ordinance has entered into force on 1 January 2018.
