Dušan Hlavatý heads the IPTech practice in Baker McKenzie Prague and is a member of the Prague core M&A team. Dušan has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions and projects. He has been recognized by Legal 500 as a Rising Star in both IP and TMT. Dušan joined Baker McKenzie in 2014. He is admitted to the Czech Bar Association and the Slovak Bar Association. Dušan regularly advises on transactions involving private and public companies, particularly focusing on TMT and energy sectors.
