Kristína Doupal

Kristína Doupal heads the Firm’s International Commercial & Trade Department in Prague, focusing on trade and commercial law matters. She advises clients in relation to a range of trade and commercial law issues, litigation and arbitration, as well as regulatory proceedings. Kristína advises on all aspects of international commercial law including, inter alia, international trade, distribution and agency agreements, franchising, advertising and consumer protection. Ladislav Smejkal is the Czech Republic Co-Managing Partner. Ľuboš Fojtík graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. He is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague-based office, where he leads the department of litigation and arbitration. In the field of litigation and arbitration, Ľuboš has gained significant experience in representing clients on both sides, i. e. claimants and defendants. Ľuboš has gained special experience in construction litigation while representing developers, institutional investors (including banks and investment funds) and municipalities in some of the most complex disputes in the Czech Republic. Ludvík Juřička
