Jakob is an attorney-at-law in our IP and Life Science team working primarily with patent litigation. Jakob focuses on proceedings concerning the enforcement of technical property rights (primarily patents), including injunctions and preservation of evidence. Jakob is a member of our UPC Task Force. Jakob further advises undertakings on regulatory practices in relation to medicinal products, medical devices etc as a member of our regulatory Life Science group. Jakob also advises on IP agreements and life science agreements, for example licence agreements, research and development agreements and Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs).
