Priit Lätt is a renowned expert in IP/IT, tax disputes, and public procurement law. He represents both Estonian and international clients, including public institutions, and has extensive experience in landmark disputes, many of which have set legal precedents in the Supreme Court. Notable cases include Estonia’s biggest software dispute and the first bitcoin-related legal regulation lawsuit in Estonia. Priit also successfully challenged key provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and Government Regulations in a trademark dispute.
