Aarne Puisto is known for his innovative and solution-oriented approach to solving clients’ legal challenges related to public procurement, competition law and state aid. Moreover, he is regularly involved in administrative court proceedings, EU law related regulatory and compliance assignments as well as in foreign direct investment (FDI) proceedings. He advises clients on both non-contentious and contentious assignments across a wide range of industries, including defence and security, energy, healthcare and pharmaceutical, media, and transport.
