Olivier Bernardi is a partner in Gide's Banking and Finance team in Paris. Olivier Dauchez is a partner in the Paris Tax team. His practice focuses on transactional and international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, intra-group reorganisations, real estate investments and financial transactions with an international component.
