Tony Giustini is the senior partner of our global energy, infrastructure and projects practices. His global practice covers investment, development and finance transactions in the power, renewables, sustainability, clean hydrogen, oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, and infrastructure sectors. He served for years as head of the firm's Worldwide Projects Group and Africa Group. Tony is also the leader of the Clean Hydrogen Taskforce (CHT), a group of Clifford Chance lawyers around the globe following the latest in clean H2 regulation, transaction structuring and market developments. Over more than three decades, Tony has represented developers, investors and lenders in many multisource, complex energy, infrastructure and industrial projects in a variety of sectors, in Europe, Africa and other emerging markets.
