She has acted for international and domestic corporate and financial institutions on large-scale equity and debt capital market transactions, including initial and secondary public offerings, private placements and takeover bids of companies listed on the Athens Exchange. Elena has more than 20 years’ experience in banking and capital markets regulation, funds and corporate governance. She regularly advises international financial institutions and funds houses in relation to foreign funds and, in general, the provision of banking, investment and payment services and the trading of derivatives and off-exchange transactions. Elena has been shortlisted as “Lawyer of the Year” for the IFLR Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2025, being the only Greek lawyer nominee in the Equity Capital Markets category. She has been recognized by international legal directories, ranked as a “Leading Partner” by The Legal 500 2025 and as a “Highly Regarded Lawyer” by the IFLR1000 2025 Guide.
