Elena has more than 20 years’ experience in banking and capital markets regulation, funds and corporate governance. Elina is also well versed in the elaboration and implementation of business restructurings, particularly in the context of succession planning. Her experience in corporate tax and transfer pricing enables her to provide insightful advice on tax implications of ventures with cross-border elements. She is active in the start-up ecosystem, working with start-ups and their investors, on tax aspects over the life of the activity from set up to exit, with a particular focus on compensation mechanisms for founders and executives.
