Adam is Partner and co-head of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He primarily advises UK and European asset managers on the structuring, establishment and operation of Irish fund products. Adam has broad experience advising on a wide spectrum of Irish regulated UCITS and AIFs with a particular focus on the alternatives space, including hedge funds, liquid and private credit funds, private equity funds, managed account platforms, direct lending/ loan origination funds, real asset/ infrastructure funds and master-feeder structures.
