Yona Goshen - Gottstein

Partner and Head of the Finance and Banking department, Yona Goshen-Gottstein brings clients vast and practical banking and finance experience, accumulated from roles at First International Bank of Israel (“FIBI”), U-Bank Ltd and the Bank of Jerusalem. In these roles, Yona served as the Chief Legal Counsel and Deputy CEO at FIBI, Head of Central Services Division, Chief Risk Officer and Deputy CEO at U-Bank Ltd, and she also headed the legal department at the Bank of Jerusalem, playing an integral role in the establishment of the bank’s new commercial infrastructure. Having joined Agmon in 2009, Yona advises on complex transactions of all kinds, negotiating finance agreements and arrangements and dealing with complex financial instruments, with a unique expertise in derivatives and ISDA agreements. She also has comprehensive experience in investment management and Anti-Money Laundering.
