Tobias Niehl
Tobias heads the Financial Services Regulation and Funds practice in the Luxembourg office. His practice focuses on regulated and unregulated Luxembourg investment funds. With his team, Tobias assists clients on the structuring, formation, distribution, and ongoing operation of investment vehicles (inter alia RAIF, SIF, SICAR, Part II fund, securitisation vehicle) across a broad range of asset classes.
