Berit Svensli Solseth

Partner. Solseth has broad experience as a strategic advisor and litigator in public law matters. She was a judge/assistant chief judge for almost 15 years and has more than ten years of experience as a lawyer. She has also been the chief legal counsel of the Trondheim municipality. Solseth has a particularly good understanding of how legal disputes find their solution in the court system. She has extensive experience in matters relating to compulsory acquisition of real property and compensation, as well as the exercise of public authority under the Planning and Building Act and other public legislation. She has considerable experience from the restructuring of public sector activities, in particular public companies carrying out economic activity. Solseth's role in such processes is to ensure compliance with the rules on state aid, public procurement and other matters of administrative law. With a high degree of accessibility, Solseth provides assistance in all administrative law matters without any delays and disruptions to the client’s decision-making processes. She will safeguard the legal position of the client with a good understanding of the company's external conditions and strategic goals. Solseth is an experienced speaker. Bettina Banoun

Partner Bettina Banoun has extensive experience in work related to tax law, litigation, company law and EEA law. She is the chairman of the Tax Law Committee of the Norwegian Bar Association. Bettina Banoun is admitted to the Supreme Court and litigates regularly before Norwegian courts of justice. She also has experience in litigation before the EFTA Court and with complaints before the EFTA Surveillance Authority. Bettina Banoun has a PhD from the University of Oslo and wrote her thesis on "Tax avoidance", and she has legal training from Oxford University, University of Oslo and Harvard Law School. She is the author of several articles regarding tax law.

He has extensive experience from contract negotiations and concluding agreements with a large number of oil companies in a number of jurisdictions, as well as with ongoing assistance for complex offshore projects in the operational and closing phase. He has extensive experience in contract management and in leading strategic and commercial negotiations with customers and subcontractors. Throughout his years in oil services, Gisle has worked across many jurisdictions and has extensive experience with complex contracts and cooperation constellations, alliance agreements and joint ventures.
