Sveen also has extensive experience in acquisitions, divestments and restructuring of corporations. He has acted as a strategic and commercial advisor to the executive management and board of directors of numerous businesses within the oil and gas and infrastructure industry and serves as a strategic advisor to the Norwegian oil-services contractor’s assembled under The Federation of Norwegian Industries. Sveen headed the negotiations for the contractors for the new Norwegian standard offshore contracts – NTK15/NF15 – and has been central as a co-drafter and moderator in the establishment of the new Norwegian Conditions for Purchase (NIB 16).
