Tomasz Zwoliński

Tomasz Zwoliński is a partner in Dentons’ Warsaw office and a member of the Banking and Finance practice team. He specializes in banking and finance transactions with particular focus on project finance, export finance (with or without official support from export credit agencies), financing of PPP projects, financing of infrastructure, energy, international trade and factoring, general corporate lending, leveraged/acquisition finance and financial restructuring. Tomasz has been engaged in key transactions financing Polish exports, highway construction in Poland and Ukraine, hotels and office buildings, as well as many industrial projects (some worth in excess of PLN 5 billion) service and residential developments. He also handles financing of renewable energy schemes in the auction support system. Concerning leveraged/acquisition finance transactions he has advised private equity funds and their lenders on multiple LBO transactions and has advised a consortium of lenders on the financing of a PLN 500 million public tender announced on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Weronika Achramowicz is a managing partner of the Firm’s Warsaw office. She also co-heads the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the International Commercial & Trade team at the same office. Weronika is also the country lead for the Consumer Goods & Retail Industry Group and the Foreign Investment Restrictions Task Force, two of Baker McKenzie's key global initiatives. Weronika Guerquin-Koryzma is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw office. She is the head of the Warsaw Office Real Estate Practice. Wojciech Czyżewski

Wojciech Czyżewski is a lawyer in Gide's Warsaw office. He provides advice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. He also specialises in corporate law. He supports industry investors (listed and unlisted entities), as well as private equity and venture capital funds in all aspects and stages of M&A transactions, from choosing the most suitable transaction structure, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentation, to assisting in closing the transaction and complying with post-closing obligations.
