Madalina has been involved in high profile and complex finance and project finance transactions in Romania envisaging key industries including energy, establishing herself as an expert in the field. Magdalena Raducanu is a Partner in the Bucharest office. She leads the local Banking & Finance service line and also serves as the co-head of the firm-wide Banking and Finance service line. She has more than 22-year experience in advising reputable banks and financial institutions or well-known borrowers on banking and finance matters. She has expertise in a broad range of matters after having dedicated her focus exclusively to banking and finance and financial regulatory matters. Lately, she has dedicated significant efforts in assisting banks on various ESG-related mandates. Manuela Gornoviceanu

Manuela Gornoviceanu is a Partner at Tuca Zbârcea & Asociatii and heads the firm's criminal law department. With more than 25 years’ experience in litigation, mediation and arbitration, she an all-around professional and ensures high-quality defence services with a multidisciplinary approach in all stages of a criminal trial and at all levels of the national judiciary system, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Romanian Constitutional Court. Particularly, her background covers a wide range of cases involving corporate crime, corruption, occupational crime and money laundering, intellectual property crime, tax evasion and accounting law, crimes involving EU funds, public procurement and capital markets. Manuela Gornoviceanu is a regular speaker at various national conferences and author of numerous articles on litigation, criminal law and European law matters.
