Alexandra’s expertise includes advising and representing clients in commercial, construction, and defense arbitration proceedings before the Court of International Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and the ICC International Court of Arbitration, in cases seated in Paris, Vienna and Bucharest, as well as in domestic court proceedings. With regard to general administrative disputes, Alexandra has represented clients in various high-profile competition litigations, in claims against various state authorities, including the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) and the Environment Fund Administration (AFM), in tax and customs-related litigations, as well as in regulatory and public procurement disputes.
