Yi Lei further successfully assisted liquidators and bankruptcy trustees in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China to obtain recognition orders from the Singapore Courts to assist the respective liquidations / bankruptcies. He has acted for and assisted in a number of cryptocurrency related matters, including successfully obtaining judgments and arbitration awards in relation to SAFT disputes, winding up a counterparty in a SAFT dispute, and acting in relation to coin issuance and cryptocurrency fund management disputes.
