Ivan Smallwood regularly advises leading Japanese and multinational companies on high-stakes cross-border M&A transactions, particularly in the technology, medical, and industrial sectors. Mr. Smallwood draws on two decades’ experience driving many of Japan’s largest outbound transactions.
