Sittiwate advised clients as an associate at a number of leading law firms in Thailand, and led the legal department of a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand that invests in food and consumer businesses across Asia. He has particular experience in advising on corporate legal strategy, as well as in local litigation. Sittiwate holds an LLM in Commercial Law from University of Bristol and an LLB from Thammasat University, and is recognized as a barrister-at-law by the Thai Bar Association.
