Cristiane "Crissy" Wolfe

Cristiane (“Crissy”) Wolfe is a business lawyer who focuses her practice on providing corporate and transaction counsel to public and private companies in a variety of industries. She regularly represents middle market companies in transactions ranging from US$5million to US$250,000,000, on both the buy and sell side. She has worked closely with private equity funds in portfolio company acquisitions and capital structurings. In addition, Crissy advises clients on day-to-day corporate and business matters, commercial contracts, including in the technology space, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Crissy also frequently advises tax exempt organizations, including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations. She has counseled her tax-exempt clients on Section 4958 matters, state tax exemptions and compliance with state charitable registration laws. She has assisted trade associations with domestic and international memberships on various legal issues that typical to such organizations. Crissy is also on the Board of Directions of the Business and Finance Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and has served in various officer positions. Crissy was also a recipient of the 2017 “On the Rise” from the Fulton County Daily Report, as well as the M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders award.
