Mari Overbeck

Mari Overbeck, a former federal prosecutor with the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, advises clients on complex commercial litigation and employment law. A seasoned trial lawyer, Mari has substantial experience litigating — and winning — on both the plaintiff and defense side. Mari handles litigation and counseling matters across a wide variety of industries, including technology, retail, and financial services. Mari’s trial, arbitration, and appellate practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class and collective actions, unfair competition, worker misclassification, fraud, breach of contract, and trade secret misappropriation. Mari also has significant experience overseeing a range of sensitive internal investigations. Marie-Ève’s practice involves a broad range of civil and commercial litigation, including in the context of class actions.
