Part of the advise included drafting and reviewing of Shareholders Agreement, Share Acquisition Agreements and providing general legal advise on local laws as they may have impacted the transaction; • Issued complex legal opinions to a consortium in respect of a lease and buy back agreement in connection with the shares and assets of a major household product manufacturer in Nigeria; • Issued several publications and newsletters which in respect of capital markets regulations in Nigeria.
