The settlement involves a company restructure and complex tax issues. • Securing s37 Freezing Orders to preserve over £5.8m of assets, third party disclosure orders, and a set aside of a property transfer, in ongoing protracted proceedings. • Advising on a pre-nuptial agreement in circumstances where the client is due to receive an inheritance in excess of £10m and is the beneficiary of family trusts. • Representing a client in a divorce where the sole asset is her future damages from a wrongful birth claim valued at > £5m.
