For over 25 years, Adriana has been a trusted advisor to investors from both the private and public sectors, contractors, subcontractors, and financial institutions involved in some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in Poland. Her experience covers the entire lifecycle of projects – from pre-implementation analyses, through negotiating project agreements and securing financing, to the implementation stage. Adriana assists clients with drafting and negotiating project contracts (including EPC, O&M, and key supply agreements), securing financing, including EU funding, obtaining regulatory approvals, and managing contract changes during project execution.
