Dr Simon Assion, CIPP/E is a Partner in the Fieldfisher offices in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin, where he advises on Technology and Information Law. He advises companies on all aspects of Information, Communications and Technology Law. He also represents companies in court, in negotiations and in dealings with authorities. His aim is to provide not only answers but also solutions to all legal questions relating to the information society. Sophie specialises in EU and UK competition law and litigation. Sophie has a particular interest in working with businesses in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors, and in relation to the competition issues that arise in connection with standardised technology.
