Shusuke is a Partner in the Assets & Structured Finance group. Shusuke is a licensed Japanese lawyer (Bengoshi) and is also admitted as Solicitor in England & Wales. Shusuke has extensive experience in a broad range of banking and finance transactions (both domestic and cross-border) with a focus on aviation and maritime asset finance. He frequently advises banks, trading houses, leasing companies, ECAs and other financial institutions as well as corporate investors on wide-scale cross-border transactions. He offers clients with commercially balanced high quality legal services.
