CMS Oman was officially established in March 2014 to strengthen our Middle Eastern capability after supporting clients in the region for many years. The office was established through a partnership with a respected local firm Al Rashdi, Al Juma and Ewing Advocates and Legal Consultants. The firm has in-depth experience of Omani Law, with a particular focus on banking and finance commercial, corporate, dispute resolution (including over 20 years of domestic court experience (Primary Court, Appeal Court and Supreme Court), arbitration, mediation and alternative dispute resolution), energy (including oil and gas, power and renewables), hotels and leisure, infrastructure and projects, intellectual property, international treaty matters, life sciences, procurement, real estate and construction (contentious and non-contentious), technology, media and telecommunications and tax. ### Languages - Arabic - English ### Staffing Figures - 4 Partners
