NSAC was founded in 2016 by Ahmed Alnowaisser and Abdulrahman Alsuwaylimi and has since become the go-to firm for complex corporate matters and disputes for household names in KSA including large listed and private corporates, governmental and semi-governmental entities, and investment banks and private equity firms. Our Corporate and M&A team is lead by partners Wassim Khoueiry and Ahmad Kamel who are market leading lawyers, with over a decade of experience each in tier 1 international law firms.
