With more than a decade of legal experience, Lori brings deep strength in both transactional and dispute-resolution arenas. Her practice encompasses commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial collections, and oil and gas title matters, balanced with an ability to litigate contractual and commercial disputes. As head of litigation, Lori ensures that the firm’s strategies align with client objectives, exercising day-to-day leadership over case planning, resource allocation, and trial preparation.
