The firm was founded by Sam Kramer, previously a partner at Baker & McKenzie in its Chicago office, where he helped establish and lead both that firm’s Information Technology and Fintech practice groups. Sam also brings decades-worth of robust relationships and networks with lawyers around the world. Kramer has crafted a preeminent reputation in outsourcing law, having developed more than 30 years focused experience focused on back-office managed services for multinational hi-tech and branded enterprises. In only a matter of some months, Transaction Advisors Group, LLC got off to a brisk start, already having handled a significant volume of new business with several outsourcing projects.
