I work in a dual role as a Managing Knowledge Lawyer and a Senior Lawyer in our rockhopper team. Prior to this I was a Managing Associate in the employment team, having qualified into the team over a decade ago. As Managing Knowledge Lawyer, I work in a team of specialist lawyers, keeping colleagues and clients up to date on the latest and upcoming developments to employment law and policy. My role includes providing internal training, supporting with technical legal queries, writing and editing articles and supporting with podcast content and production I have a particular interest in TUPE and have experience advising employers throughout corporate transactions and outsourcings. This focus has continued in my knowledge role, where I regularly provide TUPE updates to the employment team, maintain know-how documents and have supported in responding to government consultations Recent areas of focus in my work have been on neurodiversity, zero hours contracts, holiday pay and the right to disconnect. I have previously been on secondment to both a US bank, working in the EMEA employment legal team, and to an international law firm, working in the HR team. · Employment

Lucy Lewis
I joined Lewis Silkin when I qualified and have spent over 20 years supporting clients with employment related solutions and strategy. I advise on the full range of employment issues with a focus on legal and strategic advice on redundancies / restructuring; sensitive terminations and practical advice on the operation of TUPE. I have considerable experience of Employment Tribunal litigation having successfully defended a number of complicated discrimination cases and as well as advising on minimum wage compliance and audits. I am particularly interested in how we can support our clients prepare and adapt to the changing world of work and, as part of our Future of Work team, I host a podcast. I run our office in Cardiff, am a member Lewis Silkin's DE&I Board and the firm's Values Partner. I sit on our Strategy Board with a responsibility for ensuring that DE&I and Responsible Business are at the heart of our strategy. · Employment
Neil Dite
I have 13 years' experience in advising employers on the full spectrum of UK employment law. Many of my clients are household names and sit within the technology and manufacturing sectors. I also act for the number of financial services clients. I have particular experience in advising on strategic change issues, business restructures and collective redundancies. As well as UK advice, my work often has an international dimension and I regularly manage cross-border projects for my clients, particularly across the EMEA region. I am also responsible for a number of international retainers which enable clients to access expert employment law advice in all of the countries in which they operate. I have significant experience of defending UK Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. I live and work in Cardiff, Wales. Sitting across our data, privacy & cyber group and top-tier employment law team, I advise leading multinational organisations on data privacy issues. I run projects across multiple jurisdictions, both inside and outside the EU, and work with clients in the media & entertainment, tech, finance, legal, and marketing sectors.
