Mori Hamada Vietnam offers an international standard of practicing Vietnam law, combining comprehensive understanding of the law with practical on the ground experience. Our team of more than 15 lawyers is recognised in Vietnam for its legal expertise. We offer a full range of legal services, with a focus on corporate and mergers and acquisitions, real estate, energy, infrastructure, banking and finance, labour and employment, dispute resolution and arbitration and human rights and compliance. We have a team of ten Vietnam lawyers, including our partner, Ms. Ha Thi Dung, an experienced practitioner with 17 years of experience with local and foreign law firms inside and outside Vietnam. The office also has experienced international lawyers located on the ground in Vietnam, including four senior lawyers qualified in Japan and the United States (Takeshi Mukawa, Kana Manabe, Hiroki Kishi and Kenji Nishio), and an Australian lawyer (Nirmalan Amirthanesan).
