Quite a large number of our clients have remained with our firm from when we opened our doors, more than a decade ago. - Specialized in all aspect of Labour law, focused on Employers With focus on labour-related class action suits, our firm offers a complete range of all aspects of labour law, including: Employment relations – consultations on all stages of employment relations, including recruiting new employees, employment contracts, consultations on issues that arise over the course of employment relations, hearings and termination of employment. Collective employment relations – collective negotiations, consultations on employment relations, labour disputes and strikes. Reorganization, cutbacks and transactions (from the labour law perspective) – supporting employers through complex processes related to changes in their organizations, including purchasing, mergers, re-organization, cutbacks and more. We advise and support employers who integrate these changes, in the context of employment relations, within the company, and in their interaction with external bodies such as government ministries, as and when necessary. Termination of employment – guiding and assisting employers through collective and individual employment termination processes, hearings, drafting retirement agreements for senior officials, and agreements protecting the employer’s rights and property during the term of employment and after the termination of employment. Equality laws – consultation on implementing laws related to promoting equality in the workplace (preventing discrimination based on gender, medical condition, military reserve duty, ethnicity, religion, nationality, age, political views, place of residence, sexual identity, etc.) among employees and employment candidates, in employment relations, while recruiting new employees, during the term of employment and upon termination of employment. Protecting commercial confidentiality and occupational restrictions – consultations related to occupational freedom, protecting the employer’s property and commercial confidentiality, drafting agreements, terminating employment relations, managing legal proceedings related to occupational freedom and protecting corporative property in accordance with the most up-to-date legislation. Consultations on legal proceedings and interaction with government ministries – In this capacity, the firm has worked directly with the Ministry of Finance Wage and Labour Agreements department, as well as with the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labour in successfully attaining work permits for supplementary labour, including during rest days (the Sabbath). Administrative and criminal proceedings – We represent employers in administrative legal proceedings against enforcement authorities. We provide consultations and legal representation for our clients on issues related to monetary action and administrative warnings, and represent employers and company officials in criminal litigation filed in Labour courts. Representation in court, arbitration, and parity committees – representation in district Labour Courts and in the National Labour Court in Jerusalem, representation in arbitration processes and parity committees. Class action on labour-related legal issues – the firm specializes in consultation for and representation of employers in Labour Courts when a class action is filed against the employer. Collective bargaining negotiation, including first-time collective organization – In recent years, in light of renewed momentum for unionization in the market, our firm has represented numerous corporations and organizations in negotiations, following their employees’ first-time organization within a worker’s union. The negotiations in these situations is complex, due to the managements’ relative inexperience, in addition to the sensitivity of the matter and concerns regarding the union organization and expected changes in the workplace. Initial collective organization and negotiations – our firm has vast experience with representation and guidance for clients during collective bargaining negotiations at the initial stages, before drafting the first collective bargaining agreement, and later-stage negotiations on collective agreements.
