Collective employment relations – collective negotiations, consultations on employment relations, labour disputes and strikes. Reorganization, cutbacks and transactions (from the labour law perspective) – supporting employers through complex processes related to changes in their organizations, including purchasing, mergers, re-organization, cutbacks and more. We advise and support employers who integrate these changes, in the context of employment relations, within the company, and in their interaction with external bodies such as government ministries, as and when necessary. The negotiations in these situations is complex, due to the managements’ relative inexperience, in addition to the sensitivity of the matter and concerns regarding the union organization and expected changes in the workplace. Head of the Labor Law Department at the Yossifoff, Cohen & Co. law firm between 2003 and 2007. Holds a LL.B in law and BA in media from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M in law from Tel Aviv University.
