Mergers and acquisitions: Advice on purchases and divestitures by public and private companies, tender offers, IPOs, restructurings, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital funds. Banking and finance: Legal advice to credit institutions and savings banks, both regarding institutional and regulatory issues as well as specialised contracts. Commercial contracts: Advice on all kinds of commercial contracts subject to national, international or EU law. Corporate products: Legal advice on manufacturing, sale and distribution of products; third-party liability for defective products; product packaging and labeling. Investment: Advice on foreign investment in Spain and Spanish investment abroad, as well as the legal structures through which such investments are made; legal advice on all kinds of financial transactions abroad, including notification of loans, credits, technical assistance and other collection and payment transactions carried out by residents and non-residents. Entrepreneur support: Legal advice to entrepreneurs according to the new legal framework specific to these professionals being implemented in the Spanish legal system, accompanying them from the embryo stage of their projects through to the expansion and consolidation of their businesses. Taxation: Tax advice to companies and individuals, both domestic and international; taxation on corporate reorganisation; advice regarding inspections and proceedings related to the Inland Revenue Services; drawing up, submitting and following up the various personal and corporate income tax returns; administrative and appeal proceedings relating to tax issues. City planning: Advice on all kinds of issues related to city planning law. Drawing up drafts for urban development, managing the obligations resulting from using land and property and advice on obtaining licences and permits. Property and construction: Legal advice on property development and management, especially in relation to the hotel and tourism sector. Building contracts: works, projects and technical assistance contracts. Intellectual and industrial property: Legal services related to copyrights and other intellectual property rights, patents, trademarks and industrial property rights. Audiovisual rights: Contracts for producing or co-producing cinema and audiovisual works, radio and television programmes and multimedia; contracts for use of script, direction, production and interpretation rights; distribution and screening contracts; contracts to finance audiovisual productions or co-productions. Administrative contracts and concessions: Advice on public procurement contracts and advice to companies and individuals in their relations with the public authorities; legal action against the public authorities. Employment: Advice regarding individual and collective disputes in the Labour Courts and with the labour authorities; labour contracts; collective bargaining; labour inspections. Insolvency and corporate restructuring: Advice regarding bankruptcy, creditors meetings and arrangements; legal defence of creditors; advice and participation in receivership and liquidation commissions; hedge funds. Litigation: Defence of the clients’ interests in civil and criminal proceedings in all jurisdictions and courts: the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, the High Courts of Justice, Magistrates Courts and Hearings.
