Boris Šavorić
Boris Šavorić is a Senior and Managing Partner of Šavorić & Partners. He is recognised as market leader and as Leading Individual in Legal 500 and Chambes & Partners. Branko Bulat is a Partner with extensive experience in representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, sales and other sophisticated transactions in Croatia. His extensive experience covers both international and domestic work across the full range of hospitality and infrastructure sectors. Branko also regularly advises prominent international investors and project developers in the development and start-up of real estate projects in Croatia. Mia Lazić
Mia Lazić is a Partner and the firm’s head of banking and project finance practice. As a team leader, she represents both the lenders and sponsors as well as the borrowers, in the highest cross-border financing transactions, including project finance and acquisition finance. Her extensive experience also includes advising leading domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of insolvency and enforcement matters, as well as debt restructuring and sale of NPL portfolios, where she is focused on providing pragmatic and efficient solutions to clients. As a leading lawyer in the field, Mia also handles complex merger filings, state aid issues and general advice on competition regulatory framework.
