Strelia opened its Luxembourg office in 2017, in recognition of the importance of Luxembourg as a leading global financial center and as the world’s second most important hub for investment funds, surpassed only New York. Our Luxembourg office has a strong focus on private equity. Strelia’s Luxembourg office specializes in Corporate and M&A and Banking and Finance. Additionally, we can provide our clients with tax advice and handle disputes before Luxembourg courts, as well as arbitrations, leveraging the expertise of fellow professionals we work in close cooperation with. We also advise clients with respect to insolvency and restructuring, labour and employment, as well as general commercial law. Our Luxembourg lawyers primarly assist international and national corporate and private equity clients with respect to structuring and M&A work conducted through Luxembourg.
