BJTK is a boutique law firm specialised in transactions, renewable projects, finance and restructuring . Our clients engage our firm for pragmatic legal advice and hands-on approach in complex matters, often in an international context. We are based in Amsterdam. Transactions: BJTK advises listed and private companies, PE and VC firms and investors. We specialise in drafting and negotiating the legal documentation for M&A and financing transactions. In addition, we advise on investments, restructurings, joint ventures and insolvency. BJTK is a one-stop shop. We will procure that within a transaction all legal aspects are covered (with legal experts domestic and abroad), including competition law, employment law, privacy and tax matters. Our experience and extensive network abroad allow us to engage the relevant specialists also internationally. Renewable Energy & Projects: Our renewable energy & projects team advises on the development, acquisition or disposal, equity and debt financing, construction, maintenance, operations, decommissioning and redevelopment of a wide range of renewable energy projects (including wind, solar, heat, steam, hydrogen, biogas and infrastructure projects).
