Hillmont Partners was founded by British and Ukrainian partners with a view to providing high quality legal services to investors and businesses operating, or looking to operate in Ukraine. Hillmont ensures its clients are well informed enough of the risks involved in investing in Ukraine and the mitigants and remedies that can ensure their interests are protected. Hillmont prides itself on the diversity of expertise in its team. On the one hand, it draws upon the skills and knowledge of corporate lawyers and litigators that have successfully defended multinational companies from corporate raiding, raised litigation funding and represented clients in the European Court for Human Rights and arbitration institutions both in Ukraine and abroad. On the other hand, it also taps the experience of its in-house investigators that specialize in tracing assets inside and outside Ukraine and that of its investment professionals that have advised on M&A deals worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Hillmont Partners operates three offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa) and office in the UK (London).
