- A modern Polish advisory firm OW is an experienced consulting firm in the area of professional services. We combine a wide range of competences, creating teams dedicated to specific projects. Within the OW Group, we offer legal and tax services, analytical support (OW Analytics), accounting and payroll consultancy (OW Accounting & Payroll), and extensive business support (Saurus Grow). Since 2005, we have provided comprehensive advisory services both to Polish firms, and international companies entering the Polish market. As of today, OW consists of more than 220 specialists, with over 400 active clients, operating in more than 55 countries, and in dozens of areas of specialization. We understand business because, just like many businesses, we work in an agile manner, apply modern project management methodologies, and work constantly with our partners to achieve speedier and superior results. Our effectiveness comes down to many factors, the most important ones being our knowledge of our clients’ business and the immediate application of this know-how so as to meet a precisely defined outcome. Over the last twenty years, our track record of successfully carrying out hundreds of significant projects, many ground-breaking, speaks for itself. - International competence We possess comprehensive knowledge of the business culture in a broad range of countries, including the specific nature of their legal and tax systems. This, combined with our capacity to provide services in 7 languages, allows us to smoothly handle trans-national projects. From the very beginning of our operations, OW advised entrepreneurs from German-speaking areas, and soon began offering dedicated advisory services to our Spanish-speaking clients. Now, we run six international desks: German desk, Spanish desk, China desk, Japan Desk, Korean Desk, and US Desk. The latter cooperates with personnel from China, Korea and Japan, who form one team to support Asian clients operating or starting operations in Poland. In fact, all our international desks are staffed by teams of experts who provide specialized and dedicated support to entrepreneurs from a given region. Based on our knowledge of the language, culture and fundamental legal institutions in these global locations, these desks liaise directly with clients intending to invest in Poland. They also serve international companies whose branches, representative offices or subsidiaries operate in Poland. - As an Accredited Provider, we work with companies that are members of the Moore Global network, which comprises more than 260 independent consulting and audit firms from 110 countries. This enables us to provide our clients with access to high quality services almost anywhere in the world. We are proud to work with international capital groups, publicly listed companies, and leaders of domestic and European markets in sectors such as the automotive industry, e-commerce, chemicals, textiles, food, IT, energy and construction. - Operating in alignment with our values We support the concept of the economy of values and so aim to operate in alignment with the values of OW. To this end, we have created and cultivated relationships by actively participating in the Open Eyes Economy Summit movement. We also implement our values in the work we do to benefit animals and the planet.
