Within insurance and financial regulation, we assist insurance companies and other regulated entities in all legal aspects of their operations. Our work includes regulatory compliance, corporate governance, product development and distribution structures. We regularly draft and review insurance policies, outsourcing arrangements, broker agreements and portfolio transfer agreements, and provide ongoing advice on restructuring and day-to-day regulatory matters. Our commercial contracts and corporate law practice includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of agreements, such as cooperation agreements, service agreements and shareholders’ agreements. We represent clients in dispute resolution proceedings and advise on contentious matters across our core areas, including commercial, regulatory and insurance-related disputes. His combined experience and industry knowledge make him an invaluable adviser to clients. This is especially significant in matters in relation to Finansinspektionen (including applications for approval and supervision activities) and business projects which have an impact on many parts of the operational business (including regulatory implementation projects).
